This film tells a story about an idealistic agent, Kate Macer (Emily Blunt) send by the FBI on a mission to eradicate a drug cartel responsible for a bomb that had killed members of her team on USA Mexico border.

Emily Blunt and Benicio del Toro as what they always do; gives a very good performance. This movie is hard-edged thriller that makes you seats on your seat until the movie ends without ever gets bored. Sicario is a setup for scalding action in a world where right and wrong are no longer absolutes. French-Canadian director Denia Villeneuve made a really great job to shatter your nerves.

 

But, to see it on all we can see that this movie will not be as good as it is without the Golden Globe winner; Emily Blunt in it, she made this hard-edged movie very hard-edged more than ever. Without furthermore, this movie was one of the best Mexican-American movie after a very long time since Steven Soderbergh's Traffic 15 years ago. (Anna-Rose, Katyana)
