Blade
Runner tells the story in Los Angeles on the year of 2049. During
that time, Earth just went through a blackout. Tyrell Corporation is
bankrupt and the replicans are being destroyed and stop its
production. But, a company named Wallace Corporation starts to take
over and creating a new kind of replicans that is more advanced and
more submissive. They are tasked to hunt down all the remaining
replicans produced by Tyrell.
Ryan Gosling promisingly plays as K, outside tough as a Blade Runner
but fragile on the inside because of his past. His emotions play
together in every scene. Harrison Ford is one of the main key
characters for the film even though he just showed up 45 minutes
before the film ends. Sylvia Hoeks, the Dutch actress is able to
give that scary aura out of her.
Dennis Vileneuve who directed Arrival in 2016 is back with this
remake. This 2 hour and 43 minute film are amazing at the beginning.
But, as time flies everything seems to fade away. The
cinematography, the music, the acting in every scene are still
amazing. Yet, still not enough to keep the audience on their sits.
Too much unnecessary scenes included. Everything becomes unfit to
the audience mind. This film presents the life of California in the
future with the amazing cinematography by Roger Deakins. The
visualization is amazing. In fact one of the few things great about
this film.
Yes. The CGI lookes amazing, and this film got a lot of fans hoping
to find something entertaining. Anyway, this film deserves Oscars.
But, if you’re looking for something entertaining, suggestions would
go to do next film on board. (Anna Rose)
