The story centers on Mowgli that has been raised by wolves since birth. He must leave the only home he's ever known when the fearsome tiger Shere Khan wanted him death. With the wise panther and the free-sprites bear, the boy must discover his way back to the man’s village through the deep jungle, including a python and smooth-talking ape. Along the way Mowgli learns valuable life lessons as his epic journey of self-discovery leads to something fun and full of adventure.

This film is full with all the beautiful things. From the first frame till the last. Everything looked so beautiful and real. Two thumbs up to Neel Sethi's acting, the newcomer who played as Mowgli. While the voice cast include Scarlett Johansson, Lupita Nyong'o, Bill Murray, Idris Elba, Ben Kingsley, Giancarlo Esposito, Christopher Walken.

This film is adapted from The Jungle Book written by Rudyard Kipling and was adapted four time until now. First is The Jungle Book's animated musical in 1967, next one is a live-action remake in 1994 then The Jungle Book 2 in 2003 and now in 2016 it hits the big screen again with a worldwide gross of $828 million. It is currently the fourth highest-grossing film of 2016.

This film has a strong message about how to take care of the forests as what the director, Jon Favreau stated "In Kipling's time, nature was something to be overcome. Now nature is something to be protected." Something a little bit minus about this film is how the sad scenes supposed to be held a little bit longer so the audience had the chance to cry. The CGI looked so amazing. This film is worth watching for you and the whole family! And please don't burn our forests! (Anna-Rose)
