The story begins nearly two years since Superman’s colossal battle with Zod that devastate the city of Metropolis. The loss of life and the damages left many feeling angry, including Batman. Convinced that Superman is now a threat to humanity, Batman embarks on a personal vendetta to kill him, while at the same time Lex Luthor is preparing something big to kill the Man of Steel that might also kill the whole city of Metropolis.

Zack Snyder who's famous as the director of 300 looks like now is part of the DC Entertainment. Starting from directing Man Of Steel in 2013 now Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and the other two big upcoming movies from DC, Justice League: Part One and Justice League Part Two.

This movie starts with the flashbacks of Batman's dark childhood when his parents were killed. Batman is portrayed for the first time by actor-director, Ben Affleck. From the beginning of this movie the 'dark feeling' is really shown with the blue-dark color the film used as its tone. Henry Cavill is back as the Superman while Jesse Einseberg who's famous for his role as Mark Zuckenberg in The Social Network played extremely good as the film's main villain, Lex Luthor. Amy Adams is back as Lois Lane while Gal Gadot made her first appearance as Wonder Woman.

This movie gives whoever saw the title will went to the cinemas and watch it. But, it is not gonna be as amazing as what the audiences thought it would be. First, this half of the movie is pretty much boring and the last half an hour of the movie is pretty much exciting. The film is slow paced while there's something a lot more to create the tense between Batman and Superman. Ben Affleck's character is quite annoying until the last minue of the movie. So, it feels like if you wanna know what happen or curious about the movie, you should just watch ’ the exciting one' in half an hour of it. It feels like everything is too forced. Starting from how Superman is hated to how the Batman hates Superman.

The ending on how Superman is shown dead but 'awake' again is amazing. The other good thing is Wonder Woman who will made its first stand alone live-action in 2017 and how Aquaman and The Flash and Cyborg is also shown. Hope that Justice League: Part One will do much better. If not, this could be the beginning of an end for DC Entertainment! (Anna-Rose)
